Design & Construction
Designed around a semi-displacement GRP hull and superstructure she features a 7.98m beam and a 1.98m draft. The yacht is built over 2 decks with an internal volume of 329 GT (Gross Tonnes).
This was the third yacht built on the W125 design.
Exterior Design
The exterior design of the yacht Serenity reflects a straightforward and functional aesthetic. The vessel features a raked bow, which enhances its hydrodynamic efficiency and overall performance on the water. The hull and superstructure are both painted in a crisp white, creating a clean and cohesive appearance.
The boot top stripe, running along the waterline, is a stark black, providing a sharp contrast to the white hull. Below the waterline, the hull is also black, complementing the boot top and adding to the yacht’s streamlined look. This color scheme is not only visually appealing but also practical, contributing to the vessel's identity and presence on the water.
The aft deck features an alfresco dining table, a bar to port, and a large credenza aft, which can also serve as a buffet table for casual dining. The split-level sundeck is divided into two distinct areas. The upper level includes dinette seating to starboard and a bar and barbecue area to port. The lower level of the sundeck provides access to a Jacuzzi and day head, along with ample space for chaise lounges and casual seating.
Interior Design
Serenity's interior design represents a significant departure from traditional styles, featuring elevated materials and finishes that set it apart. The use of eucalyptus in various styles and finishes is a defining characteristic throughout the yacht. This is complemented by onyx and quartzite stonework, which adds a touch of modernity and refinement.
The dining area is designed with subtle enhancements that differentiate it from other yachts in its series. A floating credenza, finished in high-polished eucalyptus, is positioned forward of the angular table. This arrangement facilitates easy conversation and service flow for all guests. Additionally, a carefully designed China cabinet is discreetly integrated into the corner to port, blending seamlessly with the surroundings.
The yacht's lounges and salons are thoughtfully designed to provide comfortable and stylish spaces for relaxation and entertainment. Custom furniture pieces and fixtures, such as floating credenzas and metal banding, bring together various design elements to create cohesive and inviting environments.
The lower deck houses an integrated gym, featuring a recessed treadmill, free weights, and mirrored walls and ceilings.
Accommodation
Serenity offers comfortable and contemporary accommodation for up to eight guests. The yacht features a master stateroom on the main deck, boasting a unique configuration that includes expanded space, his-and-hers dressing rooms, and a large central ensuite bathroom.
On the lower deck, Serenity accommodates guests in three additional staterooms. These include one VIP stateroom, distinguished by unique materials, and two double staterooms finished in metallic tones. Each stateroom is equipped with ensuite bathrooms, walk-around beds, and ample storage space, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests.
She is also capable of carrying up to five crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel MTU (16V 2000M 96L) 2,600hp engines, motor yacht Serenity is capable of reaching a top speed of 25 knots, and comfortably cruises at 20 knots. With her 26,744 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 2,500 nautical miles at 12 knots. Her semi-displacement hull design means she offers a great balance of space and speed.
