Honey is a 49.99m motor yacht delivered by American shipyard Westport Yachts in 2007. Her interior design and exterior styling comes from the drawing boards of Donald Starkey, while William Garden is responsible for her naval architecture.
Design & Construction
Designed around a semi-displacement GRP hull and superstructure she features a 9.4m beam and a 2.29m draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 492 GT (Gross Tonnes).
Construction started in late 2004. This was the second yacht built on the W164 design. Launched in December 2006 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months. She was delivered to her owners in January 2007.
Accommodation
Honey offers accommodation for up to 12 guests in 6 suites comprising an owners cabin located on the main deck and 1 VIP cabin. She is also capable of carrying up to 12 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel MTU (16V 4000 M90) 16-cylinder 3,650hp engines running at 2100rpm, motor yacht Honey is capable of reaching a top speed of 25 knots, and comfortably cruises at 22 knots. With her 75,700 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 3,700 nautical miles at 12 knots. Her semi-displacement hull design means she offers a great balance of space and speed.
Amenities
Air conditioning offers increased on-board comfort and an elevator makes the yacht fully-accessible. Honey also features deck jacuzzi which provides excellent views.
