The 34.36m motor yacht Loreta was delivered to her owners in 2026 by Italian shipyard Benetti. The yacht's elegant exterior design is by RWD, while her interiors are the work of Bonetti/Kozerski Architecture.

Key Features

  • Water-level Oasis Deck
  • Side-loading tender garage
  • 2,700nm cruising range
  • Main deck owner’s suite

Design & Construction

Designed around a displacement GRP hull and superstructure she features a 7.7m beam and a 2.03m draft. The yacht has an internal volume of 265 GT (Gross Tonnes).

She was completed at Benetti's Viareggio yard in Italy where she was commissioned and delivered to her owners.

Exterior Design

Loreta carries the Oasis 34M’s strongest idea right through the stern, where RWD has given over a remarkable amount of the yacht to life close to the water. The freshwater pool sits at the centre of the Oasis Deck, with the main saloon directly ahead and fold-down terraces opening either side at anchor. A transformer platform completes the route down to the sea, so there is an unusually clear progression from interior living space to pool, terrace and water for a yacht of this length. On the 34M, that aft area covers around 76m² (818ft²), only about 14m² (151ft²) less than the equivalent space on the much larger Oasis 40M.

That decision has shaped almost everything else about the platform. Benetti kept the stern arrangement as one of the priorities when it scaled the Oasis idea down from 40m, while accepting tighter service spaces and less internal volume elsewhere. Loreta’s profile shows how neatly the compromise was handled, with long bands of dark glazing breaking up the high topsides and an upper structure that stays relatively restrained above them.

There is still plenty happening away from the stern. The bridge deck aft provides a smaller, more sheltered alternative to the Oasis Deck, while the foredeck combines seating and a broad sunpad with a substantial storage space hidden underneath. On the model, that compartment can swallow a jet ski alongside other equipment and keeps the working mooring gear out of the guest area. The sun deck then carries the yacht’s main outdoor dining space under the hardtop, with a bar and grill nearby and open sunbathing space farther forward.

Tender storage has also been kept away from the guest stern. The Oasis 34M uses a side-loading garage, preserving the whole aft deck for the pool and seating instead of asking the bathing platform to do two jobs. YachtBuyer found that balance particularly convincing aboard sistership Kings Lair, awarding the model a YachtBuyer 5-Star Award in its Benetti Oasis 34M review

Interior Design

Bonetti/Kozerski Architecture’s interior layout follows the same thinking as the deck outside, with the main saloon opening directly onto the Oasis Deck and very little interruption between the two. The floor continues through at the same level, while curved aft doors and large areas of glass keep the stern in view even when the yacht is closed up and running air conditioning.

The saloon combines lounging aft with dining farther forward, and the arrangement makes good use of the yacht’s glazing instead of filling the main deck with smaller enclosed rooms. A pantry sits between the dining area and galley with refrigeration, coffee facilities and a dumbwaiter serving the decks above. The galley also has its own side-deck access, giving crew another route through the yacht without repeatedly crossing guest spaces.

Upstairs, the upper saloon gives Loreta a second proper indoor living room with a very different scale. The smaller footprint suits television, games or quieter evenings, while its position beside the bridge deck aft allows the two spaces to work together. Refrigeration, wine storage and the same dumbwaiter connection mean this deck can be served without relying on repeated trips back to the main galley.

That split between a bright main saloon tied closely to the stern and a more intimate upper lounge is one of the useful consequences of the Oasis 34M layout. Guests have two distinct interior spaces instead of variations on the same saloon repeated on consecutive decks.

Accommodation

Loreta accommodates ten guests in five suites, keeping the full guest capacity of the Oasis 34M platform. The layout puts the owner forward on the main deck, with the remaining four guest cabins below, so the principal suite benefits from the larger windows and wider section of the yacht above deck level.

The owner’s cabin uses the full beam, with a walk-in wardrobe immediately inside and the bed set within a bright sleeping area. One of the cleverer parts of the Oasis 34M arrangement is the bathroom, where the shower and WC are separated to port and starboard with twin basins between them. Windows in both outer compartments bring daylight much farther into the centre of the suite than a single enclosed bathroom would allow.

Four guest cabins occupy the lower deck, arranged as two doubles amidships and two twins farther forward. The mix works well for family use and gives Loreta some flexibility if she is used with different groups of guests, while each cabin has its own ensuite. The reviewed sistership also showed that the twin cabins retain a decent passage between the beds and useful storage despite their position farther into the narrowing forward hull.

Loreta can carry up to seven crew. On the Oasis 34M, the captain has a private cabin on the bridge deck close to the wheelhouse, while the remaining crew accommodation, mess and laundry sit below decks. That separation keeps the captain near the operational centre of the yacht and leaves the lower crew area grouped around the working spaces.

Performance & Capabilities

Powered by twin diesel MTU (10V 2000 M86) 1,380hp engines, motor yacht Loreta is capable of reaching a top speed of 16 knots, and comfortably cruises at 10 knots. With her 25,000 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 2,700 nautical miles at 10 knots.
