Exterior design and naval architecture of the yacht were developed in-house by Giangrasso Group, while the interior concept was created by Italian designer Michela Reverberi.
Launching the G24 Classic Platform
Veronika marks the first completed unit in the builder’s G24 Classic series. Constructed with an aluminum hull and aluminum superstructure, the motor yacht measures 23.96 meters overall, with a 6.62-meter beam and a shallow 1.1-meter draft.
The profile follows the G24 Classic’s established visual language, defined by clean superstructure lines and balanced proportions across two decks. The relatively low draft broadens her cruising flexibility, opening access to shallow anchorages and coastal waters that may be less practical for deeper-draft yachts in this size bracket.
With a gross tonnage of 114GT, the yacht sits comfortably within the sub-24-meter category while still delivering the interior scale expected of a larger platform.
Interior Design by Michela Reverberi
Inside, Michela Reverberi was tasked with shaping the yacht’s guest areas. While specific material selections have not been disclosed, the brief centered on delivering a refined onboard atmosphere aligned with the G24 Classic’s positioning.
The 114GT volume supports a practical layout across the main deck and lower deck, balancing private accommodation with shared living areas. Proportions benefit from the superyacht’s generous 6.62-meter beam, which supports comfortable circulation and usable floor space throughout.
Accommodation onboard Veronika is arranged for up to six guests. Although the detailed cabin configuration has not been specified, this capacity typically suggests a three-cabin layout within this size and tonnage range.
Technical Trials Ahead of Delivery
Prior to delivery, Veronika completed an extensive sea trial program designed to validate all major onboard systems under full operational load. Testing included propulsion performance, navigation equipment, stabilizers, HVAC, and safety systems.
Power comes from twin MAN diesel engines, delivering a reported cruising speed of 20 knots and a top speed of 27 knots. This places Veronika firmly within the fast-planing segment of the market.

A Wave of Recent Deliveries
Veronika’s handover comes amid a steady run of high-profile deliveries across multiple size segments. In the production market, Sunseeker recently delivered the fourth 27m 90 Ocean Enclosed to an Asia-Pacific owner, reinforcing demand for enclosed flybridge platforms designed for extended regional cruising.
At the semi-custom level, Benetti completed the 41m Oasis 40M Solusa, the twenty-seventh hull in a series that continues to anchor the builder’s sub-45m output. Meanwhile, Conrad Shipyard handed over the third 44.5m C144S, now named Miss Leen, further developing its under-500GT displacement platform.
