Designed by Zuccon International Project, with interiors by Laura Sessa Romboli and naval architecture developed in-house by Sanlorenzo, Kapusha was built at the shipyard's La Spezia facility in Italy. The 160GT yacht forms part of the Sanlorenzo SL96 Asymmetric series, which reimagines the traditional yacht layout to increase interior volume and strengthen the connection between indoor and outdoor living spaces.
The interior of the motor yacht showcases a contemporary aesthetic centred on warm woods, stone detailing and a sophisticated, darker colour palette. Expansive glazing running the length of the main saloon floods the living spaces with natural light, while bespoke furnishings and carefully integrated ambient lighting create a seamless transition between daytime relaxation and evening entertaining. A defining feature of the yacht is its asymmetric layout, which relocates the port-side walkway to the superstructure roof to create additional interior volume, resulting in more expansive guest spaces and a stronger visual connection between the interior and the surrounding seascape.
The superyacht's exterior reflects the innovative design principles of the Sanlorenzo SL96 Asymmetric series, pairing sleek contemporary styling with the model's distinctive asymmetric architecture. Her GRP hull and superstructure support a streamlined profile characterised by expansive glazing and clean architectural lines, while exterior living spaces are arranged across two decks finished in pale teak. The aft deck is configured for al fresco dining, creating a relaxed setting close to the water, while the flybridge serves as the yacht's primary social space with a bar, lounge seating and a secondary dining area. Forward, a large sunpad arrangement offers additional space for relaxation, while a garage aft accommodates a Williams Sportjet 435 tender, Seabobs and a selection of water toys.
Accommodation aboard the boat is arranged for up to eight guests across four cabins, comprising a full-beam owner's suite on the main deck, a VIP cabin and two twin guest cabins. The owner's suite benefits from large windows that provide far-reaching sea views and abundant natural light, while its en suite bathroom is finished with elegant Arabescato marble detailing. The remaining guest cabins continue the yacht's contemporary design language, providing comfortable accommodation for family and guests during extended cruising. Separate crew quarters accommodate up to four crew members, ensuring efficient service and smooth onboard operations while maintaining guest privacy throughout the yacht.
Powered by twin MTU diesel engines producing 4,372hp each, Kapusha reaches a top speed of 28 knots and cruises comfortably at 24 knots. Her planing hull delivers responsive performance, while a range of up to 1,250 nautical miles at 10 knots supports longer passages. Zero-speed stabilisers enhance comfort both underway and at anchor, and the SL96 Asymmetric model was recognised as a finalist in the Custom Yachts category at the Motor Boat Awards 2026.
Kapusha has been sold by Dmitry Lukin of West Nautical, at a last known asking price of €7,250,000.
