The 43m motor yacht Theolina was delivered to her owners in 2007 by Italian shipyard Codecasa. Her naval architecture and exterior design comes from the drawing boards of Codecasa, while Della Role Design is responsible for her interior design.

Design & Construction
Designed around a full displacement steel hull and an aluminium superstructure she features a 8.9m beam and a 2.8m draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 489 GT (Gross Tonnes).
The yacht was designed and constructed in compliance with the Lloyds Register technical standards.
Exterior Design
At 43m (141ft), the Theolina combines a steel full-displacement hull with an aluminium superstructure, giving her a solid, low-set stance in the water while keeping the upper decks visually clean and well proportioned.
The profile avoids aggressive styling. Instead, long deck lines, dark horizontal glazing and broad overhangs create a calm, elegant shape that still feels current despite the yacht’s 2007 launch date. The long window bands through the main and upper decks help break up the yacht’s volume and pull more natural light into the interior spaces.
Exterior living plays a major role in the layout. The aft deck is arranged for large alfresco meals, while the upper deck introduces more relaxed lounge seating with elevated sea views. Forward, a raised Jacuzzi sits within a private foredeck lounge surrounded by sunpads, giving guests a sheltered sunbathing area away from the main social spaces.
Wide side decks and uncluttered walkways make the yacht easy to move around, particularly during extended stays onboard. At the stern, the swim platform creates direct access to the water and supports the yacht’s collection of tenders, Jet Skis and inflatables.
Interior Design
A full interior refit completed in 2022 brought a lighter and more contemporary atmosphere to Theolina without losing the warmth expected from a traditional Codecasa yacht.
Della Role Design combined neutral furnishings with bleached oak, cherry wood and soft accent colours to create interiors that feel bright, relaxed and comfortable for long periods onboard. Large windows across the main saloon and dining areas pull natural light deep into the interior, while pale finishes and reflective surfaces help open up the yacht’s already generous volume.
The main saloon follows a classic arrangement with lounge seating aft and a formal dining area forward, though the styling feels more residential than heavily formal. Decorative sculptures, textured fabrics and carefully chosen accent colours add character without making the spaces feel busy.
The owner’s suite is one of the strongest interior spaces onboard. Positioned on the main deck, the full-beam cabin uses the yacht’s 9m (29.5ft) beam well, incorporating marble finishes, Baccarat detailing and separate his-and-hers ensuites within a notably spacious layout.
Accommodation
Theolina offers accommodation for up to 13 guests in 6 suites comprising an owners cabin, 2 VIP cabins, 2 double cabins and 2 twin cabins. She is also capable of carrying up to 9 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel Caterpillar (3512B) 1,950hp engines running at 1935rpm, motor yacht Theolina is capable of reaching a top speed of 17 knots, and comfortably cruises at 14 knots. With her 78,000 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 3,000 nautical miles at an economic speed of 13 knots. She has been fitted with stabilizers to increase on-board comfort when the yacht is at anchor, particularly in rough waters.
