Design & Construction

Designed around a semi-displacement GRP hull and superstructure she features a 7.92m beam and a 1.96m draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 325 GT (Gross Tonnes).

Launched in January 2024 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months.

Exterior Design

The Hargrave Romeo Foxtrot II is a 36.1m (118.4ft) tri-deck motor yacht built in GRP with naval architecture by Jack Sarin. The profile follows Hargrave’s E-Series lines, with a sharp, forward-leaning bow and long bands of glazing that run low across the main and upper decks. Those windows sit close to deck level, which opens up outward views from inside and gives the yacht a lower, more stretched look than most in this size.

The hull carries a soft grey finish beneath a white superstructure, so the contrast stays clean without drawing too much attention. The overall shape leans toward modern but avoids hard angles, with smooth transitions between decks and a balanced stance through the water.

Outdoor use centres on the sundeck. A glass-fronted spa pool sits forward, built with a waterfall edge, and is surrounded by sunbeds, a bar, and a dining area. Partial shade structures break up the space, so it works across different conditions.

At the stern, the beach club sits directly at water level and includes a steam room, bar, and lounge seating. A hydraulic teak platform folds down to extend the area and give direct access to the sea, which also serves as a launch point for tenders and toys.

Wide side decks lead forward to a bow lounge with open seating. The layout keeps movement simple across all three levels, with clear separation between guest and crew routes.

Interior Design

The interior of Romeo Foxtrot II comes from Yacht Interiors by Shelley, with strong input from experienced Hargrave owners. The layout focuses on open space and clear sightlines, helped by large windows and headroom of around 2.2m (7.2ft).

The main salon and sky lounge both use full-height glazing to bring in light. Materials mix exotic veneers with polished stone, including marble used across bathrooms and key surfaces. The palette stays controlled, with soft greys and whites set against darker wood flooring.

Furniture is arranged to support conversation rather than fixed viewing positions, which suits longer stays on board. Circulation paths are kept open, so crew can move between service areas without interrupting guest spaces.

The galley includes a built-in breakfast settee, which adds a casual dining option away from the formal table. This small detail shifts how the space gets used day to day, especially during longer trips.

Accommodation

The Hargrave Romeo Foxtrot II yacht accommodates up to 10 guests across five cabins.

The owner’s suite sits on the main deck and spans the full beam. It includes a king-size bed, two private bathrooms, and separate walk-in wardrobes, which gives proper separation within the suite.

Four guest cabins sit on the lower deck. Each is fitted with a king-size bed, which is unusual at this length and removes the usual hierarchy between VIP and twin cabins. All cabins include ensuite bathrooms finished with stone surfaces.

Crew accommodation is arranged for up to eight across four cabins. A dedicated captain’s suite sits on the wheelhouse deck, separate from the main crew area, which supports operational privacy.

Performance & Capabilities

Powered by twin diesel Caterpillar (C32) 1,900hp engines running at 2300rpm, motor yacht Romeo Foxtrot is capable of reaching a top speed of 20 knots, and comfortably cruises at 16 knots. Her semi-displacement hull design means she offers a great balance of space and speed.
