Delivered in 2012, Patience is an award winning 40.23m motor yacht for sale built by Italian shipyard Benetti. Her naval architecture and interior design comes from the drawing boards of Benetti, while Stefano Righini is responsible for her exterior design.

Design & Construction

Designed around a semi-displacement GRP hull and superstructure she features a 7.92m beam and a 2.44m draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 346 GT (Gross Tonnes).

This was the first yacht built on the Classic Supreme 132' design. Launched in May 2012 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months. She was completed at Benetti's Viareggio yard in Italy where she was commissioned and delivered to her owners.

Exterior Design

Patience is a 40.24m (132ft) Benetti Classic Supreme with exterior design by Stefano Righini, so the profile blends traditional volume with sharper, more modern lines. The hull carries a raked bow and clean white finish, set off by a dark boot stripe, while long bands of glazing run across the main and upper decks to bring light inside.

The three-deck layout gives the yacht a broad, stable stance, and the outdoor spaces are spread with clear intent. The foredeck is set up as a social zone, with sunpads and a Jacuzzi, so it works as a primary lounging area rather than unused deck space. A second Jacuzzi sits on the sundeck, which also includes open sunbathing areas, a bar, and shaded dining beneath a hardtop with an adjustable awning.

A key detail is the owner’s balcony on the main deck, which folds out from the hull to create a private terrace over the water, then retracts flush when not in use. External staircases link the decks, including an open, sculpted stair that keeps sightlines clear while moving between levels.

Aft, the upper deck provides a shaded dining area, while the main deck flows down toward the swim platform, where the transom forms a beach club space at the water’s edge. Across all decks, teak is used underfoot, and lighting is integrated into the structure to keep the lines clean at night.

Interior Design

The interior uses natural oak as its base, with darker wenge wood and leather inserts adding contrast. The materials are worked with texture in mind, including patterned leather and structured wood surfaces, so the finish has depth without relying on heavy decoration.

The main lounges are built around large windows, so natural light carries through the spaces. Seating is arranged to support conversation, while the open feel between areas keeps movement easy across the main deck.

The dining area sits as a formal space within this layout, with a large table and surrounding cabinetry, while the lighting is handled through discreet LED strips set into ceilings, niches, and furniture, so illumination stays soft and even.

The galley is fully specified with Miele appliances, including induction cooktop, ovens, microwave, dishwasher, and dedicated refrigeration, so it is set up for extended use. At the helm, an integrated control system brings navigation and monitoring together across three screens and touch panels, with joystick input for handling.

Marble is used in selected areas, including Crema Champagne and Bronze Amani, adding contrast to the wood finishes without dominating the spaces.

Accommodation

The luxury yacht Patience provides comfortable accommodation for up to 10 guests. This yacht features a master suite located on the main deck, offering a private office, a foldout private balcony, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite with both a soaking tub and a separate shower. Below deck, there are four guest cabins, including two VIP cabins each furnished with king beds, and two twin cabins, each equipped with twin beds. Additionally, the yacht includes a double cabin on the bridge deck, complete with a queen bed. Each of these guest cabins comes with its own ensuite for convenience and privacy.

She is also capable of carrying up to 7 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.

Performance & Capabilities

Powered by twin diesel MTU (12V 2000 M91) 1,450hp engines, motor yacht Patience is capable of reaching a top speed of 15 knots, and comfortably cruises at 12 knots. With her 47,000 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 3,500 nautical miles at 12 knots. Her semi-displacement hull design means she offers a great balance of space and speed.
