Design & Construction
Designed around a full displacement GRP hull and superstructure she features a 8.5m beam and a 2.1m draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 386 GT (Gross Tonnes).
This was the twenty-second yacht built on the Oasis 40M design. Launched in February 2025 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months. She was completed at Benetti's Livorno yard in Italy where she was commissioned and delivered to her owners in May 2025.
Exterior Design
Cada Dia keeps the RWD shape that made the Oasis 40M such a hit, with the stern doing most of the heavy lifting. The fold-down wings open the aft deck out over the water, the pool sits right in the middle of the action and the low swim platform keeps the whole space close to sea level. It is a layout YachtBuyer knows well: we toured an Oasis 40M sistership and gave it five stars, with the stern arrangement one of the model’s strongest points. Our full Benetti Oasis 40M review also gives a useful benchmark for just how far Cada Dia departs from the standard five-cabin plan.
The big change happens one deck up. Cada Dia moves the owner aft on the upper deck, where the suite opens straight onto a private terrace through automatic sliding doors. On the sistership we reviewed, this level was given over to a shared skylounge, so the change is significant: more privacy for the owner, less communal interior space up top.
That shift frees the forward end of the main deck for two VIP cabins, which is a clever use of some of the best space in the hull. The saloon and dining area stay amidships, while the Oasis Deck remains untouched aft, so the extra accommodation has not swallowed the parts of the boat that define the model.
The sun deck picks up some of the social slack, with a long dining table for 14, a bar, lounge seating aft and a large sunbed forward. There is also a separate foredeck lounge, which keeps another outdoor area available well away from the bustle of the stern.
Interior Design
Bonetti Kozerski Architecture has gone for a lighter, calmer interior than the darker, more polished look seen on some Benettis. Pale timber floors, cream upholstery and grey wall finishes set the tone, with curved sofas and rounded furniture used throughout the main guest areas.
The main saloon is laid out symmetrically, with sofas to port and starboard and formal dining farther forward. Large windows do most of the decorative work, while the furniture stays low enough to keep the sightlines open across the room.
A separate gym also gets its own proper space on the main deck. That may sound like a small detail, but on a 40m yacht with seven guest cabins it says quite a lot about how aggressively Benetti has packed the accommodation without turning every spare corner into another bed or cupboard.
The owner’s deck has a very different feel from the public spaces below. The suite sits aft with its own office, separate dressing areas and a large bathroom around a central marble shower, then opens directly onto the terrace outside. It reads much more like a private apartment than a conventional master cabin.
Accommodation
Cada Dia accommodates up to 14 guests in seven suites, which is the real surprise here. The Oasis 40M YachtBuyer reviewed had five cabins, so this boat adds two more without giving up the main saloon, gym, Oasis Deck or full sun deck.
The full-beam owner’s suite occupies the aft end of the upper deck and gets the best view in the house, with the private terrace immediately outside. The location also puts a full deck between the owner and most of the guest accommodation below.
Two VIP cabins sit forward on the main deck in the space usually reserved for the master suite. That gives both cabins an unusually privileged position, while four more guest cabins sit on the lower deck, made up of three doubles and one twin.
Crew accommodation is arranged for up to nine across five cabins.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel MAN (V12) 12-cylinder 1,380hp engines running at 2300rpm, motor yacht Cada Dia is capable of reaching a top speed of 17 knots, and comfortably cruises at 14 knots. With her 46,980 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 1,800 nautical miles.
