First Antonini Navi Full Custom Seamore 34 Motor Yacht Matilde7 Launched

As the first full-custom Seamore 34, Antonini Navi has launched the 34m superyacht Matilde7, which is also the first yacht built at its La Spezia facility.

This milestone comes with momentum already in place. A second unit is nearing launch, a third is under construction, and the yard is developing new projects with studios including Nauta Design, Fulvio De Simoni Yacht Design, and Hot Lab.

The launch took place on March 28 during a private ceremony attended by the owner and their family, including a traditional blessing.

A layout shaped by space and continuity

The Seamore 34 introduces a yacht layout that places particular emphasis on spatial continuity across decks. The main deck features over 150 square meters of interior living space, extending from stern to bow in a single, fluid arrangement. Large sliding glass panels enable sections of this space to be opened or enclosed depending on conditions, creating flexibility without altering the core layout.

This focus on adaptability continues on the upper deck, where approximately 160 square meters of exterior space is dedicated to social use. The design leans toward open, usable areas rather than tightly defined zones, encouraging a more informal onboard experience.

This yacht has been designed to be reliable, functional and fully adaptable to the customer’s needs, without compromising on performance and build quality."

The result is a yacht that prioritizes flow and usability over compartmentalization. Movement between indoor and outdoor areas is direct, with minimal interruption, reinforcing a layout that supports both private use and guest entertainment.

Interior design rooted in material detail

Interior design for the Seamore 34 has been developed by Milan-based studio Hot Lab. The approach centers on material layering and subtle contrasts, rather than bold visual statements.

The palette inside the motor yacht includes ribbed textures, antiqued glass surfaces, and pastel-lacquered paneling, all selected to soften light and create a sense of depth. These elements are used consistently throughout the interior, creating a cohesive visual identity that avoids sharp transitions between spaces.

Rather than leaning heavily toward one direction, the design maintains a restrained tone, with emphasis placed on proportion, finish quality, and tactile surfaces. This measured approach aligns with the broader concept of the yacht. The interiors are designed to support extended time onboard, with an emphasis on comfort and visual calm rather than high-contrast styling.

From full-custom to a scalable platform

While the Seamore 34 is presented as a full-custom superyacht, it also serves as the foundation for a future semi-custom line. Antonini Navi has developed the platform with scalability in mind, aiming to provide new clients with a starting point that can be adapted to individual requirements. By developing a technically defined platform, Antonini Navi can streamline construction while still offering a high degree of personalization.

The shipyard describes the concept as a “blank sheet” approach supported by a structured technical framework. In practice, this means clients can influence layout, configuration, and interior design within a proven engineering envelope.

Antonini Navi’s leadership has framed the Seamore 34 as both a product and a proof of capability. Founder and CEO Simone Antonini described the launch as a key milestone in a longer-term vision, rooted in the group’s construction heritage and supported by the next generation of leadership within the company.

Looking ahead to the 2026 show season

The Seamore 34 is expected to appear at several major international boat shows in 2026, where it will be presented to a wider audience of brokers, owners, and industry stakeholders.

With additional units already underway and new projects in development with leading design studios, the shipyard is moving quickly to build momentum. The Seamore 34 provides a clear starting point, but its long-term impact will depend on consistent delivery and the ability to scale production without losing the flexibility that defines its approach.
