Delivered in 2023, Para Bellum is part of the Sanlorenzo 500Exp series. Her exterior lines and interior layout were designed by Francesco Paszkowski Design in collaboration with Sanlorenzo, who also handled the naval architecture and built Para Bellum at its La Spezia facility.
Interior styling on board the expedition yacht for sale was developed by Antonio Citterio, who introduced a relaxed “beach house” aesthetic using light fabrics, warm woods, and curved lines. The main saloon centers around a lounge and formal dining area, with a guest lobby leading toward the forward accommodation. On the upper deck, a more casual saloon features curved seating, coffee tables, and floor-to-ceiling windows. The space includes design accents in rust-red tones and is equipped with a drop-down cinema screen for evening entertainment.
The sundeck, another standout area on board the yacht for sale, is equipped with a shaded observation lounge, a Jacuzzi, and a second al fresco dining space beneath a hardtop.
Further outdoor entertaining options include a bar and dining area on the upper aft deck, as well as a beach club at water level with a folding sea terrace and integrated bar.
One of the defining features of the Sanlorenzo 500Exp platform is its extended aft deck, which features an oversized terrace of 113 square meters, which includes an infinity-edge swimming pool. On Para Bellum, this area also supports storage of large tenders up to 9 meters and a variety of water toys. A five-tonne crane is integrated for launch and recovery, highlighting the yacht’s capability as a true explorer vessel.

The standout is the main deck master suite, which features its own private fold-out terrace, offering direct access to the sea and a sense of separation from guest areas. The remaining guest cabins are located on the lower deck, each with ensuite facilities to ensure privacy and comfort. Powered by twin Caterpillar C32 diesel engines delivering a combined 2,602hp, Para Bellum can reach a top speed of 15 knots and cruises comfortably at 12 knots. At an economical speed of 9 knots, she boasts a transoceanic range of 5,400 nautical miles thanks to her 74,000-liter fuel capacity.
