Design & Construction
Designed around a fast displacement aluminium hull and superstructure she features a 8.4m beam and a 2.1m draft. The yacht is built over 2 decks with an internal volume of 365 GT (Gross Tonnes).
The yacht was designed and constructed in compliance with the Lloyds Register technical standards. Launched in October 2025 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months.
Exterior Design
The 43m (141.1ft) Alia Yachts Ximena is built entirely in aluminium, and it uses a raised pilothouse layout stretched across two-and-a-half decks, so the profile stays low and drawn out. Omega Architects shapes the exterior with sharp, forward-leaning lines, and the pelican-beak bow gives the yacht a distinct, almost arrow-like stance.
A continuous band of dark glazing runs through the hull and superstructure, and it contrasts against the white finish while visually lowering the profile. The pilothouse sits slightly sunken into the structure, and the extended rooflines create long overhangs aft, so the silhouette reads clean and uninterrupted.
Van Oossanen’s Fast Displacement Hull Form underpins the design, and it supports both speed and efficiency, while the shallow draft of 2.1m (6.9ft) allows access into shallower cruising grounds such as the Bahamas.
Outdoor areas are spread evenly across the yacht. The aft deck and cockpit form a direct link to the water, while the foredeck includes a dedicated lounge space set into the bow. Above, the sundeck carries a hot tub along with open lounging and sunbathing areas, so the upper level works as a full-day outdoor space.
A side-loading tender garage is integrated into the hull, and it keeps deck areas clear while maintaining easy launch and recovery.
Interior Design
The interior by Yodezeen follows a contemporary approach, and it focuses on light, space, and clean detailing. Large sections of glazing on the main deck bring natural light deep into the salon and owner’s areas, and they create a steady visual link with the water.
The main salon is arranged as an open living space, and it uses a calm material palette with modern finishes and built-in furniture. Surfaces are kept clean and uncluttered, so the emphasis stays on volume and light.
Forward, the layout supports a natural flow between lounge and dining areas, while maintaining clear separation where needed. The overall feel is modern and restrained, and it suits extended time on board rather than short visits.
A standout feature sits aft at water level, where a glass-fronted gym opens directly onto the beach club. This space connects exercise with the sea, and it adds a practical layer to the lifestyle focus of the yacht.
Accommodation
Ximena accommodates up to 10 guests across five cabins.
The owner’s suite is positioned forward on the main deck, and it benefits from large windows and a walk-in wardrobe, so it feels open and private within the layout.
On the lower deck, four guest cabins provide accommodation for family and guests, and they are arranged to maximise usable floor space while maintaining en suite facilities.
Crew accommodation supports up to seven crew, and it is positioned for efficient service access across all decks.
A gym sits adjacent to the beach club near the tender garage, and it adds a dedicated wellness space without impacting guest cabins.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel MTU (16V 2000 M96L) 2,000hp engines, motor yacht Ximena is capable of reaching a top speed of 22 knots, and comfortably cruises at 20 knots. She has a maximum range of 3,200 nautical miles at an economic speed of 12 knots.
