Design & Construction
Designed around a planing GRP hull and superstructure she features a 6.2m beam and a 1.85m draft. The yacht is built over 2 decks with an internal volume of 117 GT (Gross Tonnes).
Exterior Design
Lila 1 is part of the Azimut Grande 25 Metri series, a model that combines the volume of a much larger flybridge yacht with the proportions and performance of a fast planing hull. Stefano Righini's design is immediately recognisable through its near-vertical bow, low-profile flybridge and sculpted hull sides, which create a sleek silhouette despite the yacht's substantial 117GT volume.
One of the defining features is the dramatic treatment of the bulwarks amidships. The cutaway sections lower the visual height of the yacht while allowing floor-to-ceiling glazing in the main deck saloon. This design choice brings more light into the interior and creates stronger views out to the water while seated.
Carbon fibre construction plays an important role in the yacht's appearance and performance. The superstructure, hardtop and roll bar make extensive use of lightweight composites, allowing Azimut to keep weight high above the waterline under control while maintaining the open, expansive flybridge that characterises the model.
The profile flows cleanly from bow to stern. Large hull windows break up the topsides, while the aft sections taper naturally into an integrated tender garage and hydraulic swim platform. From the photograph, the low-slung superstructure, dark glazing and sharp hull detailing give Lila 1 a much sportier appearance than many flybridge yachts of similar size.
Outdoor spaces are spread across three levels. The flybridge provides the main entertaining deck, while the foredeck offers additional seating and sunbathing areas. At the stern, the beach club and swim platform create easy access to the water and serve as a practical launching point for tenders and water toys.
Accommodation
Lila 1 accommodates up to eight guests in four staterooms and carries up to three crew.
The layout centres on a full-beam owner's suite positioned amidships on the lower deck, where the yacht's widest section provides maximum cabin volume. Large hull windows bring natural light into the space and create a stronger connection with the sea than traditional portlights.
Guest accommodation is completed by a forward VIP cabin and two additional twin guest cabins. This arrangement suits families as well as mixed groups of guests and provides flexibility for charter or private cruising.
Crew quarters for up to three are positioned separately from guest accommodation, allowing the yacht to operate with full service while maintaining privacy throughout the guest areas.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel MAN (V12-1650) 1,840hp engines, motor yacht Lila 1 is capable of reaching a top speed of 26 knots, and comfortably cruises at 24 knots. Her planing hull design means she is fast and efficient as she slices through the water.
