Design & Construction
Designed around a fast displacement aluminium hull and superstructure she features a 9.3m beam and a 2.3m draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 483 GT (Gross Tonnes).
Construction started in mid 2018. This was the first yacht built on the 44Alloy E-Motion design. Launched in June 2020 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months. She was delivered to her owners in August 2020.
Exterior Design
The 44.5m (146ft) Sanlorenzo NEVERLAND II, part of the Sanlorenzo 44 Alloy series, carries a low, stretched profile that reads fast and composed. From the image, the aluminium hull runs clean and uninterrupted, and long bands of dark glazing cut through the topsides, so the overall height feels reduced despite the tri-deck layout.
The bow is upright and defined, and it leads into a wide foredeck arranged as a proper guest space. A recessed Jacuzzi sits forward within a large sunpad zone, and the layout keeps sightlines open across the horizon.
Aft, NEVERLAND II opens directly to the water. The transom folds down, and balconies extend out to port and starboard, so the beach club expands into a full-width platform at sea level. This space connects straight into the interior, and that keeps movement simple between swimming, lounging, and indoor areas.
The deck structure steps back in clean tiers, and each level has usable space rather than narrow walkways. The upper decks rely on loose furniture, so the layout can shift between dining, sunbathing, and open lounging.
A dedicated garage is built into the hull, which keeps tenders and toys out of sight while preserving clean exterior lines on this Sanlorenzo 44 Alloy yacht.
Interior Design
The interior of NEVERLAND II follows a modern Sanlorenzo approach, with controlled use of wood and marble, and a focus on light and clarity.
The main salon opens out through side access doors, so the space links directly with the exterior decks and brings in natural light. The layout is simple and direct, with defined seating areas and clear circulation.
Forward, the dining area is arranged for formal use but kept visually clean. A mirrored panel conceals a television, so the space stays uncluttered when not in use.
The helm station on this 44.5m Sanlorenzo yacht is modern and compact, with touchscreen systems and integrated controls set out for direct use.
The galley is built for service, with full refrigeration, freezer capacity, and a dumbwaiter linking decks. Side access allows crew to move without crossing guest areas, so service remains discreet.
Lighting is integrated into the structure, with LED strips built into staircases and joinery, which gives clear movement between decks without harsh overhead lighting.
Accommodation
NEVERLAND II accommodates up to 11 guests across five cabins.
The owner’s suite is the defining space and spans multiple levels. The bedroom sits slightly below an adjoining office and includes a king bed, dressing area, and concealed television. The en suite has a double vanity, separate toilet, bidet, and a large walk-in wardrobe.
Above, a private lounge forms part of the suite, with large windows that bring in wide views and give the owner a separate retreat within this Sanlorenzo 44 Alloy.
Guest accommodation sits on the lower deck. There are three queen cabins with en suites and built-in desk space, and one flexible cabin with a double, a single, and a Pullman berth, which works well for families or mixed groups.
Crew accommodation supports up to nine, with separate access routes that keep operations clear of guest areas.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel MTU (16V M96L) 2,000hp engines, motor yacht Neverland II is capable of reaching a top speed of 21 knots, and comfortably cruises at 18 knots. With her 50,000 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 2,000 nautical miles at 11 knots.
