More DetailsThe 147' motor yacht Blue Moon was delivered to her owners in 2014 by Italian shipyard Admiral Yachts. She features exterior design by LUCA DINI Design & Architecture and interior styling by Dobroserdov Design.
Design & Construction
Designed around a planing aluminium hull and superstructure she features a 28'3" beam and a 5'11" draft. The yacht is built over 2 decks with an internal volume of 439 GT (Gross Tonnes). The design also incorporates a heli-pad.
Launched in June 2014 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months. She was delivered to her owners in July 2014.
Accommodation
Blue Moon offers accommodation for up to 10 guests in 5 suites comprising an owners cabin located on the main deck, 2 double cabins and 2 twin cabins. She is also capable of carrying up to 8 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by 3 x diesel-electric MTU (16V 2000 M93) 16-cylinder 2,400hp engines running at 2450rpm, motor yacht Blue Moon is capable of reaching a top speed of 27 knots, and comfortably cruises at 15 knots. With her 10,567 gallon fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 800 nautical miles at 16 knots. She has been fitted with stabilizers to increase on-board comfort when the yacht is at anchor, particularly in rough waters. Her planing hull design means she is fast and efficient as she slices through the water.
Amenities
Air conditioning offers increased on-board comfort. The sundeck is the social hub of the yacht, with a deck jacuzzi for cooling off and an inviting spread of sunpads.
