Design & Construction
Designed around a semi-displacement aluminium hull and superstructure she features a 7.7m beam and a 3.08m draft. The yacht is built over 2 decks with an internal volume of 298 GT (Gross Tonnes).
Launched in April 2016 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months. She was delivered to her owners in June 2016.
Exterior Design
Sun Prince is a 37.5m (123ft) Admiral Impero-series yacht built in aluminium by The Italian Sea Group, with exterior design by Luca Dini. The profile leans toward a restrained, almost military look, with sharp lines, flat surfaces and a long, low stance, while dark glazing bands cut through the superstructure to emphasise length.
The bow runs clean and open, with a broad foredeck that doubles as a lounge space, and high guardrails maintain safety without closing off views. Moving aft, the main deck cockpit connects directly to the saloon through full-height glazing, so the exterior and interior read as one continuous volume.
A key structural feature sits at the stern, where the beach club integrates with a full-beam garage. A side-opening hull port allows tender launch and recovery without relying solely on the aft platform, and this setup keeps the waterline area active while maintaining a clean stern profile.
Above, the upper deck and sundeck provide additional outdoor zones. The sundeck is set up as a large open space for lounging and social use, while the upper deck offers a more sheltered environment with direct access from inside. Circulation flows through internal stairs and service routes, including a link from the pantry to the raised bridge.
Interior Design
The interior of Sun Prince, by Gian Marco Campanino with Admiral Centro Stile, uses darker tones than typical yachts of this size. Rich wood joinery runs throughout, paired with marble panels and natural leather, so surfaces carry weight and contrast rather than relying on light finishes.
The main saloon sits at the centre of the layout, enclosed by large glass panels that bring in natural light from both sides. This glazing reduces the impact of the darker materials, and it keeps the space visually open while maintaining a more enclosed, private feel than lighter interiors.
Furniture and layout remain structured and practical, with clear divisions between lounging and circulation areas. Entertainment systems are integrated into each cabin and main living spaces, so the yacht supports both private use and guest stays without reconfiguration.
Movement through the yacht includes a dedicated engine control room leading into the engine space, which is not common on a yacht of this size, and it adds a layer of operational separation from guest areas.
Accommodation
Sun Prince accommodates up to 10 guests across five cabins. The master suite sits forward on the main deck and spans the full beam, paired with a large en suite bathroom.
The lower deck houses four guest cabins, arranged as two VIP suites and two twins. All cabins include en suite bathrooms and integrated entertainment systems, so each space functions independently for guests.
Crew accommodation supports up to 7, allowing full service while maintaining separation between guest and operational areas.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel MTU (12v 2000 MTU M94) 2,000hp engines, motor yacht Sun Prince is capable of reaching a top speed of 20 knots, and comfortably cruises at 14 knots. With her 33,000 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 3,500 nautical miles at an economic speed of 12 knots making her well capable of long range and transatlantic voyages. She has been fitted with stabilizers to increase on-board comfort when the yacht is at anchor, particularly in rough waters. Her semi-displacement hull design means she offers a great balance of space and speed.
