Design & Construction

Designed around a deep vee aluminium hull and superstructure she features a 8.55m beam and a 2.13m draft. The yacht is built over 2 decks with an internal volume of 398 GT (Gross Tonnes).

This was the fifth yacht built on the Pershing 140 design. Launched in May 2026 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months. She was completed at Pershing's Cantiere Riva Super Yacht Yard yard in Italy where she was commissioned and delivered to her owners.

Exterior Design

The fifth hull of the Pershing 140 pushes the Pershing formula into full superyacht scale without losing the aggressive proportions that are the brand's trademark. Designed by Fulvio De Simoni alongside the Ferretti Group engineering team, the 42m (137.8ft) aluminium yacht carries an extremely low, elongated profile with a sharp bow entry, narrow glazing and deeply sculpted surfaces that keep the volume visually compressed.

The profile is dominated by flowing horizontal lines that stretch almost uninterrupted from bow to stern. Large black glazing bands cut through the white hull and superstructure while the signature Pershing side wings extend outward from the superstructure at the beginning of the side decks. These aerodynamic fins have become one of the model’s defining visual cues and reinforce the yacht’s planted, high-speed stance.

At the bow, the yacht introduces one of the most unusual styling elements in the Pershing range: a dark metallic grille integrated into the prow, inspired by high-performance supercars. The foredeck itself stays remarkably clean thanks to hidden mooring gear and a concealed lounge arrangement beneath sliding deck panels. When opened, the area reveals a private seating zone with a Jacuzzi and sunbathing spaces integrated into the forward deck.

The aft exterior arrangement was heavily customised for this owner. Rather than housing the usual tender garage setup, the beach club area was transformed into a dedicated social platform with a fully equipped central bar positioned directly at the water’s edge. Above, the cockpit unfolds across split-level terraces. One level focuses on lounging with freestanding seating and large sunpads, while the upper aft deck creates a more enclosed dining space protected by glazed side sections and arranged around a table for 10 guests.

The sundeck acts as a panoramic upper terrace with open lounging areas, additional bar facilities and a second helm station fitted with three pilot seats for open-air driving. The raised wheelhouse below was the first arrangement of its kind on a Pershing model and connects directly with the upper deck spaces.

Interior Design

The interior of Pershing 140/05 continues the yacht’s sharp exterior styling but softens the atmosphere through a palette of pale tones, reflective finishes and carefully integrated lighting. Unlike the darker metallic schemes used on earlier hulls, this yacht was customised around bright white finishes and lighter neutral materials.

Large glazing sections bring substantial daylight into the main deck and reduce the sense of enclosure often found aboard performance-led yachts. The salon uses an open-plan arrangement that flows directly from the aft cockpit through full-height glass doors. Forward of the salon, the dining area centres around a circular table for eight guests, positioned beside a dedicated bar unit to starboard.

The styling balances crisp architectural lines with softer furnishing shapes. Loose armchairs, pale upholstery and integrated storage units prevent the interior from feeling overly technical despite the yacht’s aggressive exterior character. Abstract detailing within the aft dining space adds another layer of individuality without overwhelming the restrained colour scheme.

Accommodation

Pershing 140/05 accommodates up to 10 guests across five cabins, supported by accommodation for up to four crew members.

The owner’s suite sits forward on the main deck within a full-beam layout that benefits from the yacht’s raised forward hull structure. The cabin was personalised with additional storage and a dedicated lounge arrangement built around an L-shaped sofa.

Four guest cabins occupy the lower deck, each fitted with its own en suite bathroom and shower. The arrangement includes two VIP cabins with double beds, one of which converts into twin berths for greater flexibility. Two further guest cabins were fitted with Pullman beds at the owner’s request, allowing each room to accommodate up to three guests when needed.

Performance & Capabilities

Powered by 4 x diesel MTU (16V 2000 M96L) 12-cylinder 2,600hp engines, motor yacht Pershing 140/05 is capable of reaching a top speed of 35 knots, and comfortably cruises at 30 knots. With her 26,000 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 1,400 nautical miles at an economic speed of 10 knots.
