Design & Construction
Designed around a fast displacement steel hull and an aluminium superstructure she features a 9.6m beam and a 2.85m draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 760 GT (Gross Tonnes).
Construction started in mid 2023 with the keel laid under the project name 'Project Frida'. The yacht was designed and constructed in compliance with the Lloyds Register technical standards. Launched in August 2025 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months. She was completed at Heesen's Oss yard in Netherlands where she was commissioned and delivered to her owners in June 2026.
Exterior Design
Pa’lante uses Heesen’s proven 55m steel platform combined with the Dutch yard’s Fast Displacement Hull Form, developed alongside Van Oossanen Naval Architects. The hull has been shaped for efficient long-range cruising rather than outright speed, while still keeping enough performance for comfortable passage making across open water. With a draft of 2.7m (8.10ft) and a relatively compact 760GT volume for her size, the yacht can also access ports and anchorages that larger displacement yachts often struggle to reach.
Omega Architects gives the exterior a sharp, modern profile built around long horizontal glazing and clean structural lines. The wheelhouse overhang creates the series’ recognisable “shark tooth” detail, adding definition without becoming overly aggressive. Dark glass runs almost continuously through the superstructure, reducing visual breaks and helping the yacht appear lower and longer underway. The near pillarless glazing also improves visibility from inside and allows natural light to spread deeper into the guest spaces.
Deck layouts focus on open circulation and flexible outdoor living. The sundeck carries a large whirlpool surrounded by sunpads, lounge seating, and a full bar arrangement, while the bridge deck aft extends directly from the skylounge to create a more relaxed outdoor terrace. Wide side decks and uncluttered walkways make movement around the yacht simple despite the yacht’s size.
The foredeck remains functional with tender handling integrated carefully into the overall design. A combined mast and crane arrangement helps keep the working areas compact, leaving more guest space free aft. At the stern, broad descending steps lead directly into the beach club and swim platform, creating an easy connection to the water without overly complex folding terraces or mechanical systems.
Interior Design
The interior by Luca Dini Design & Architecture takes inspiration from classic ocean liner styling but strips away much of the heaviness often associated with that look. Dark wengé wood forms the structural base throughout the interior, paired against lighter sycamore finishes, pale fabrics, and Calcite Blue stone to create contrast without darkening the rooms.
The main salon spans 77m² (829ft²) and combines lounge and dining areas within one uninterrupted volume. Full-height glazing along both sides brings in large amounts of daylight, while the lack of structural mullions keeps sightlines open across the room. Furniture arrangements stay low and relaxed rather than overly formal, with metal detailing and custom cabinetry adding texture without clutter.
Heesen’s in-house joinery team produced many of the interior architectural details, including the chevron-patterned doors, integrated storage units, and display cabinetry designed for the owners’ contemporary art collection. Lighting has been handled carefully throughout, using concealed fixtures and sculptural fittings that support the materials rather than dominating the spaces.
The skylounge shifts into a more casual atmosphere with softer seating, direct terrace access, and uninterrupted sea views through wide glazing sections. Materials continue consistently between decks, helping the yacht feel cohesive rather than broken into separate stylistic zones.
There is also a strong technical layer beneath the finish work. As with other recent Heesen projects, the yacht benefits from integrated Northern European engineering standards throughout construction, interior fitting, and onboard systems installation, with all major structural and outfitting work completed under direct yard control in the Netherlands.
Accommodation
Pa’lante accommodates up to 12 guests across six cabins, supported by accommodation for 13 crew.
The owner’s apartment occupies the forward section of the main deck and spans the full beam across 77m² (829ft²). The suite includes a private study, bedroom, walk-in wardrobe, and large en suite bathroom finished in Calcite Blue stone with twin basins and textured mirror detailing. One of the standout elements is the private veranda connected directly to the suite, creating a quieter outdoor area separated from the main guest decks.
Four additional guest cabins sit on the lower deck, arranged as two doubles and two twins, all with en suite bathrooms. The double cabins use athwartships beds to free additional floor space within the rooms, while mirrored finishes and light materials help prevent the lower deck from feeling enclosed.
A sixth guest cabin sits on the bridge deck and can operate either as a VIP cabin or as flexible accommodation depending on the owner’s requirements. Across all guest spaces, the interior follows the same restrained material palette seen throughout the yacht, with dark timber contrasted against lighter fabrics, stone finishes, and integrated lighting.
Crew accommodation for 13 allows the yacht to support extended cruising and full guest service across long-range passages.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel MTU (8V 4000 M63) 1,341hp engines, motor yacht Pa’lante is capable of reaching a top speed of 15 knots, and comfortably cruises at 12 knots. With her 100,000 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 4,500 nautical miles at 12 knots.
