Design & Construction
Designed around a semi-displacement GRP hull and superstructure she features a 29'6" beam and a 8'4" draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 415 GT (Gross Tonnes).
Exterior Design
The 44.2m (145ft) Christensen motor yacht I Love This Boat has a classic raised pilothouse profile, and it combines a flared clipper bow with a high freeboard and a clean three-deck structure. The GRP hull and superstructure are finished in white, and a black boot top with a fine pinstripe adds contrast along the waterline.
The semi-displacement hull supports steady cruising, and the long bow with its pronounced flare helps manage spray while keeping the profile balanced. Oval hull windows sit low along the topsides, and long runs of glazing above bring light into the interior while breaking up the visual mass.
Aft, the swim platform sits close to the water, and twin staircases connect it to the main deck while also framing the space for easy access. This area includes sun loungers as well as a full bar and prep station, and it also provides direct access into the engine room.
The main aft deck is arranged for dining and service, with a table for eight set under cover, and a secondary bar with sink, fridge, and granite worktop supports entertaining. Side decks remain wide and clear, so movement between forward and aft areas stays easy.
Above, the bridge deck extends the outdoor layout with additional seating and dining, while the sundeck is built as a social space with a circular dining table, a full bar setup, a grill, and a shaded lounge. A jacuzzi is positioned forward on this level, and integrated sunpads sit just behind it, so the layout flows from relaxation to dining without interruption.
Forward, the bow is used as an active guest space with built-in seating, sunpads, storage lockers, and anchor gear, and it also carries a secondary helm station. Up top, the flybridge helm sits under a hardtop with twin seats and full controls, while radar domes, communication systems, and Starlink are integrated into the mast structure. Tender and toy storage is arranged aft and on the upper structure, and a crane supports launch and recovery.
Interior Design
The interior of I Love This Boat uses red madrona burl across furniture and bulkheads, and this is balanced with cream upholstery and lighter carpets, so the space feels warm without becoming heavy. Additional woods, including cherry, ash, sycamore, and tulipwood, add variation across surfaces.
The main salon is arranged as a central lounge, and full-height windows bring in natural light while powered blinds allow quick control of privacy. Seating wraps around a low table, and a pop-up TV is built into the cabinetry, so the space can shift easily between day use and evening viewing. Mirror panels set into the ceiling and integrated lighting help extend the sense of volume, and surround sound is fitted throughout.
Forward, the formal dining area seats 10 at a custom table, and glass-panelled columns with Lalique-style detailing define the space while keeping it visually open. A concealed galley pass-through sits alongside, and it can be hidden behind a rising artwork panel, so service remains discreet.
The galley is arranged as a working kitchen, with Viking cooking equipment, double sinks, twin dishwashers, and broad worktops. Multiple full-size fridges and additional refrigeration support extended cruising, while decorative tilework behind the range adds detail without affecting function.
On the bridge deck, the skylounge offers a more relaxed setting with deep seating, a hidden TV lift, and a bar fitted with a dual-zone wine fridge, ice maker, and glass storage. Overhead mirror panels with small LED points add a subtle lighting feature, and a day head sits nearby.
Forward, the main helm station uses wraparound windows and side access doors, so visibility and deck access stay clear. Engine controls, thrusters, and navigation systems are laid out in a logical arrangement, and additional seating and a chart area allow shared use of the space.
Accommodation
I Love This Boat accommodates up to 10 guests across five cabins.
The owner’s suite is positioned forward on the main deck, and it uses a full-beam layout with a king-size bed, large oval windows, and a private lounge area. A walk-in wardrobe with cedar lining includes integrated washer and dryer units, so the space remains practical for extended stays.
The en suite is arranged across both sides of the yacht, with separate vanities, toilets, and storage, and both sides are connected by a central marble floor with onyx detailing. One side includes a steam shower, while both benefit from large windows with privacy controls.
On the lower deck, four guest cabins are arranged around a central foyer reached by a glass-accented staircase. Two cabins have queen beds, while two are twin cabins with additional Pullman berths, so the layout suits a mix of guests. Each cabin includes an en suite with marble finishes, walk-in showers, and storage concealed behind mirrored panels.
Crew accommodation is arranged separately for up to eight crew, including a captain’s cabin, and it includes a crew lounge, laundry facilities, and direct service access.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel MTU (8V 4000 M60) 8-cylinder 1,180hp engines running at 1800rpm, motor yacht I Love This Boat is capable of reaching a top speed of 15 knots, and comfortably cruises at 10 knots. With her 11,500 gallon fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 4,500 nautical miles at 10 knots. She has been fitted with stabilizers to increase on-board comfort when the yacht is at anchor, particularly in rough waters. Her semi-displacement hull design means she offers a great balance of space and speed.
